About the role

We are looking for a Senior Developer to join a collaborative engineering team building large‑scale software solutions for a growing customer base. The position is hybrid, based in Manchester, and offers a salary of up to £70,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality software solutions.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams alongside Product, UX and QA specialists.
• Contribute to architecture, technical direction and engineering best practices.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across the team.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.

• Strong commercial Java development experience.
• Enjoy working collaboratively and solving complex problems.
• Advocate Agile, TDD, pair programming and engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
