Senior DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are a high‑growth fintech building next‑generation financial infrastructure used by thousands of businesses across Europe. As a Senior DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineer you will help scale a modern, cloud‑native platform that powers real‑time financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
• Own and evolve production Kubernetes environments.
• Drive Infrastructure‑as‑Code best practices using Terraform.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and incident response.
• Partner with engineering teams to optimise CI/CD pipelines.
• Explore and integrate GenAI tools to boost developer productivity and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Deep hands‑on experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Proven track record with Terraform and IaC.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture on AWS or Azure.
• Passion for automation, scalability, and reliability.
• Interest or experience applying GenAI tools within engineering teams.
