About the role

Join Kier’s Digital Construction team in Castle Donington as a Senior Digital Construction Coordinator. You will drive digital transformation across projects, supporting the use of cutting‑edge tools from inception to completion while helping to deliver meaningful, inclusive outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide user support and training for all project stakeholders to ensure confident use of digital tools.
• Ensure BIM Execution Plans are followed and maintain compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
• Contribute to monthly reporting that measures digital implementation and maturity across projects.
• Support bid teams by answering BIM‑related questions and showcasing Kier’s digital capabilities.
• Build positive relationships with internal teams and supply‑chain partners to facilitate collaborative working.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and partners.
• Good understanding of ISO 19650 series and openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie.
• Enthusiastic about adopting new technologies to improve traditional construction processes.
• Self‑managed, able to prioritise workload and mentor others by sharing knowledge.
