Join our digital construction team and help shape how we deliver projects using innovative technologies and collaborative approaches. As a Senior Digital Construction Manager, you'll support our project teams across the region, ensuring we use the right digital tools and methods to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting project teams to implement digital strategies and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and client requirements.
• Overseeing information management processes and the use of common data environments across multiple projects.
• Collaborating with bid teams to respond to tender requirements and demonstrate our digital capabilities to clients.
• Mentoring and coaching team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence in digital construction.
• Building strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners, and internal stakeholders to promote best practice.

Required profile

• Strong communicator who enjoys building positive working relationships and supporting others to succeed.
• Excellent understanding of ISO 19650 and experience implementing information management processes on construction projects.
• Enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional ways of working and enjoy sharing ideas.
• Able to coordinate own workload effectively whilst supporting and mentoring team members.
• Resilient, positive, and keen to drive improvements through collaboration and innovation.
