Senior Director – AI, Data & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director to shape the strategic direction of AI, data and analytics across the organisation. This senior leadership position will drive enterprise‑wide data strategy, deliver AI‑enabled solutions and build a high‑performing team that supports digital transformation and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive data and AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee modern data platforms, data engineering, analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration between data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders.
• Champion data‑driven decision‑making and embed AI across the enterprise.
• Ensure data governance, compliance and data quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data, analytics or AI.
• Track record of delivering enterprise‑scale data and AI strategies.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business goals into technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
