Senior Director, ARTD Europe

About the role

The Senior Director, ARTD Europe leads the category strategy for Alcohol Ready‑to‑Drink (ARTD) across Europe, working closely with the Vice President of Stills. The role shapes growth plans, aligns portfolio and innovation, and ensures execution across multiple markets and bottlers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the mid‑to‑long‑term ARTD category strategy across Europe, with a focus on top markets such as GB, Germany, the Netherlands and Poland.
• Shape the ARTD portfolio strategy, including brand roles, innovation pipelines and expansion priorities, ensuring scalability and economic viability.
• Own the end‑to‑end growth framework, linking strategy to volume, revenue and profit targets and coordinating commercial levers such as revenue growth management, channel strategy and occasion‑based activation.
• Direct the integrated marketing approach, championing demand‑led models like social‑first, influencer and occasion‑based campaigns while maintaining consistent brand expression.
• Act as a system integrator, aligning Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Insights and Operations, and mobilising country leaders and bottlers to deliver integrated execution.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in consumer‑goods marketing, preferably within beverage or ARTD categories.
• Strong track record of developing and executing multi‑market category strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Excellent ability to influence cross‑functional and cross‑geographic teams and to build scalable execution models.
• Deep understanding of commercial levers such as revenue growth management, channel strategy and occasion‑based marketing.
