Senior Director (Partner) – Consumer & Lifestyle

About the role

FINN Partners is seeking a Senior Director (Partner) to lead its Consumer & Lifestyle practice in London. This senior leader will shape client relationships, drive new business, and set a creative benchmark that earns industry recognition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow client relationships across consumer, lifestyle, F&B, beauty, entertainment and related sectors.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the agency’s portfolio.
• Define and uphold a high creative standard for all practice output, including campaigns, activations, partnerships, stunts and content.
• Champion ideas for entry into major industry awards such as PRWeek, PRmoment, Cannes PR Lions and D&AD.
• Act as the strategic and creative engine of the Consumer practice, unlocking high‑profile opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in consumer and lifestyle PR, with a track record of delivering award‑winning work.
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to solve briefs with original, media‑savvy ideas.
• Deep understanding of earned media, culture, PR and broader marketing integration.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and a passion for growing business.
