Senior Electronics Engineer

About the role

Technical Futures Ltd is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of high‑performance analogue, digital, power and mixed‑signal hardware for mission‑critical imaging systems. You will own the full product lifecycle from concept through to production within a dynamic R&D environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design activities for new and existing electronic hardware, covering analogue, digital, power, video, embedded and mixed‑signal domains.
• Produce schematics, provide PCB layout guidance and generate comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support design reviews, development planning and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Guide products through the complete design process, from specification to manufacturing.

Required profile

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in electronic hardware design for industrial, defence, aerospace, scientific or other mission‑critical products.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for emerging technologies.
