Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join a leading consultancy's benefits division. The role involves managing a portfolio of US‑owned SME to mid‑corporate clients, delivering strategic advice across pensions, healthcare and group risk, and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and manage a portfolio of SME to mid‑corporate clients.
• Identify and discuss opportunities to expand client accounts across the firm’s service offering.
• Provide strategic recommendations on pensions, group risk and private medical insurance.
• Lead client meetings, deliver presentations and conduct annual benefit reviews.

Required profile

• Significant experience in employee benefits consulting, preferably within a consultancy or brokerage.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, healthcare and group risk.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
