Senior Employment Solicitor – Settlement Agreements

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join our team in Ringwood, South East England. The role offers a hybrid working pattern (three days in the office, two days remote) and focuses on managing a busy caseload of employment law matters, particularly settlement agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate settlement agreements for a diverse client base.
• Provide expert advice on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary and dismissal procedures.
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legislative changes and case law.
• Support junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience in employment law.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling settlement agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
