Senior Equity ETF Strategist

About the role

Amundi’s ETF, Index & Smart Beta Business Line is seeking a Senior Equity ETF Strategist to drive growth of its equity ETF product segment. The role works closely with Responsible Indexing, Sales, Research, Innovation, Content Marketing and Client Oversight teams to shape product strategy and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales force by improving the quality and quantity of client engagements on Equity ETFs
• Act as a product expert on equity strategies, underlying stocks, and index construction
• Lead or support client‑facing discussions, explaining the Equity ETF range and its use cases
• Create timely content, campaigns, portfolio construction ideas, and implementation solutions
• Work with Capital Markets to deliver liquidity analysis across the product range
• Support commercial strategy by helping define KPIs and NNA targets by product, client segment, and region
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, roadshows, and events, and act as a spokesperson where needed
• Work with Sales to identify opportunities through thought leadership, education, and data analysis
• Collaborate with Research and Innovation to share client feedback and support new product development
• Help create go‑to‑market plans for new products and client requests
• Monitor flows, competitor activity, and client needs to inform product and coverage strategy
• Produce thought leadership and research that links macro trends to product implementation themes

Required profile

• Demonstrated track record in a high‑performing client‑facing role
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage across all client segments, including in‑person presentations and one‑to‑one meetings
