About the role

Tucker Gardner, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a motivated Senior Estate Agent to join its residential sales team in Cambridge. You will act as a Senior Sales Negotiator, promoting properties and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Market residential properties and manage listings across the local branch network.
• Negotiate sales, liaise with buyers and sellers, and ensure smooth transaction progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch sales targets.

Required profile

• Experienced Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator looking to step up to a senior role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer care.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence.
