Senior Estate Agent Sales Negotiator & Lister

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator and Lister to join a well‑established independent estate agency in Northfleet. You will play a pivotal part in generating new business, securing property instructions and delivering a first‑class service to both vendors and purchasers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and purchasers.
• Provide consistently high levels of service and communication throughout the sales process.
• Oversee sales progression from instruction to completion.
• Accompany clients on property viewings.
• Assist and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding instructions.
• Previous team‑leadership experience is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise workload.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Live within a commutable distance of the office and have the right to work in the UK.

Required skills

• Good IT proficiency.
• Experience using Estate Agency CRM systems.
