Senior Estimator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our busy pre‑construction team, delivering new‑build, refurbishment, alteration and fit‑out projects up to £20 million across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, tenders and detailed estimates.
• Lead the estimating process across multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with design, commercial and operational teams.
• Liaise with supply‑chain partners to secure competitive pricing.
• Support junior team members as required.

Required profile

• Experienced estimator within the construction industry.
• Background working for a main contractor on new‑build or refurbishment schemes.
• Self‑directed, organised and highly motivated.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
