Senior European Employee Relations Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior European Employee Relations Manager to join a dynamic People Team in Chertsey. The role offers autonomy, variety and the chance to influence HR policy across multiple European jurisdictions while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations cases across Europe, including grievance, disciplinary, redundancy and performance matters.
• Partner with European HR teams and Works Councils to ensure compliant and effective processes.
• Lead investigations and provide strategic advice on employee relations issues.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies across multiple regions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in handling complex employee relations cases.
• Strong knowledge of European employment law.
• Experience working with Works Councils (essential).
• Confident stakeholder management across several countries.
