Senior Export Clerk

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Export Clerk to join our established freight forwarding team in Colnbrook. The role involves managing end‑to‑end air export processes and ensuring accurate documentation for international shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue Master Air Waybills (MAWB) and House Air Waybills (HAWB) for all outbound air freight.
- Enter customs declarations and manage CDS entries for export shipments.
- Generate pre‑alerts and arrange collections and deliveries with carriers and customers.
- Liaise with overseas agents, airlines, handling agents, freight forwarders and transport providers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all export transactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience handling air export operations from start to finish.
- Hands‑on experience with CDS entry and export documentation.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑17:30.
