Senior Finance Administrator – Wealth Planning Firm

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Administrator to join a chartered independent wealth planning firm serving high‑net‑worth clients across Kent, Sussex and London. Based in our Maidstone office, you will support a team of advisers handling around £650m of assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end administration for a portfolio of ~2,000 clients.
• Process pensions, investments, tax planning, cash‑flow modelling and retirement advice.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and junior administrators to ensure accurate client records.
• Maintain relationships with referring accountancy and solicitor practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of administration experience within an independent financial planning practice.
• Strong understanding of the full administration lifecycle in wealth management.
• Ability to work in a pooled team environment and support professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Intelligent Office.
• Experience using platforms such as Novia, Fidelity, Transact and Aviva.
