Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join a fast‑growing consumer products business in Bristol. The role is hybrid (two days in the office) and offers a competitive salary of £55,000 plus bonus and benefits. Reporting to the Head of Finance and working closely with the CFO, you will act as a finance business partner across sales, marketing, operations and supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and operational teams to support decision‑making and performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting across sales, margins, stock, logistics and after‑sales functions.
• Deliver analysis on profitability, performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Produce weekly and monthly management reporting packs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly outlook processes.
• Maintain and enhance long‑term strategic planning models.
• Work with senior leadership to drive performance and growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical and modelling abilities.
• Confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders.
• Proactive, inquisitive mindset with a genuine interest in business performance.
• Experience in a consumer‑facing, retail, e‑commerce or product‑led environment is a plus.
