Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

A global retail brand near Luton is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join its commercial finance team. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive salary up to £65,000 per year, providing exposure to pricing, stock, marketing, promotions and more.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑depth financial analysis and support for budgeting, forecasting and month‑end reporting.
• Analyse stock movement and performance to inform pricing, promotions and inventory decisions.
• Partner with non‑finance teams such as marketing, sales and operations to deliver commercial insights.
• Assist in the development of financial models and business cases for new initiatives.

Required profile

• Finalist or newly qualified CIMA/ACCA professional.
• Experience in a commercial finance role within a medium‑to‑large business.
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

Required skills
