Join a dynamic international NGO as our Senior Finance and Operations Director, a pivotal leadership role based in Brighton. You will drive global financial governance and operational excellence, ensuring our mission is supported by robust strategic planning and seamless international coordination.

Missions principales

• Lead global financial governance, strategic planning, and board reporting.
• Oversee annual accounts preparation, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance as Company Secretary.
• Manage financial processes, including payment workflows and project budget quality control.
• Conduct financial due diligence for international partners.
• Develop and implement key organizational policies: IT, Procurement, and Health & Safety.
• Supervise and mentor a global team, including direct reports in the UK and dotted-line reports abroad.
• Coordinate closely with local teams in Kenya and Nepal to ensure operational alignment.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the NGO or international sector.
• Strong expertise in financial governance, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse, remote, and international teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for the Board.
• Excellent organizational skills to oversee multi-country operations (UK, Kenya, Nepal).

Ce que nous offrons

• Competitive salary between £57,000 and £60,000.
• Performance-related bonus of up to £5,000.
• Hybrid working model (minimum 2 days on-site in Brighton).
