Senior Finance Business Partner – Finance & Strategy Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a high‑growth consumer technology business to hire a Senior Finance Business Partner who will also act as a Finance & Strategy Manager. Based in London’s Nine Elms, you will work closely with senior leaders to shape budgeting, forecasting, strategic modelling and commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain robust financial models to support pricing, promotions and operational decisions.
• Identify margin‑improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present board and investor reports.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner across the organisation.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Excellent financial modelling skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Retail, consumer or e‑commerce exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
