Senior Finance Business Partner (FP&A Analyst)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Finance Business Partner to join our growing finance function in Liverpool. You will transform financial and operational data into actionable insight, support planning and forecasting, and help improve performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce KPI reporting, dashboards and management information.
• Analyse trends, variances and risks to deliver actionable insight.
• Build and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and ERP data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning activities.
• Create financial models, scenarios and business cases.
• Improve reporting automation, data quality and governance.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to understand performance drivers.

Required profile

• Qualified ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Advanced modelling skills and strong presenting abilities.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven financial analysis, planning and performance reporting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
