As a Senior Finance Business Partner for the IT department, you will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, driving financial clarity and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Missions principales

• Partner closely with IT leadership to provide clear financial analysis and identify risks, pressures, and strategic opportunities.
• Develop and implement intervention plans to address financial variances and optimize performance.
• Lead the financial assessment of investment cases, ensuring robust business cases and ROI tracking.
• Create and manage comprehensive IT performance dashboards, integrating both financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, management reporting, and data integrity.
• Establish and maintain strong financial governance frameworks and manage cost control and benefit realization.
• Build and nurture high-level relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within an IT or technology-driven environment.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in investment appraisal and managing large-scale project budgets.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to risk management and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior management.
