Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The role sits at the heart of a major development project for a global real‑estate leader. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Senior Finance Manager will provide strategic finance and commercial leadership across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Team and Commercial Director in shaping the project’s strategic direction.
• Maintain deep knowledge of contractual and financial arrangements and align them with the broader business strategy.
• Oversee project and investment modelling, highlighting key financial risks and opportunities.
• Ensure transparency of the commercial position by tracking budget, programme, contingency usage and emerging risks.
• Manage integrated financial consolidation and management reporting for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external reporting to guarantee consistency, accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide technical accounting, tax and treasury advice and maintain day‑to‑day liaison with Finance Services.
• Implement robust financial controls and own the preparation and management of business plans.
• Contribute to capital strategy, funding proposals, pricing, sales strategy and compliance monitoring.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Proven experience in commercial finance and management reporting within property or real‑estate sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior project teams and influence strategic decisions.
