Senior Financial Planning Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join our close‑knit, supportive team in Gerrards Cross. The successful candidate will work within a forward‑thinking financial services firm, handling a range of administrative and compliance tasks for both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee administration workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate confidently with a wide variety of clients, providers and internal teams.
• Manage group pension and protection scheme administration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop proposals that meet client needs.
• Perform general admin and compliance checks for new and existing business.
• Maintain, consolidate and update client databases.
• Adhere to strict deadlines and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Organised multi‑tasker with a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Working knowledge of the regulated Financial Services Industry and FCA regulations.
• Previous experience in a financial services administration role.
• Strong IT aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Intelligent Office is an advantage.
• Familiarity with database administration and maintenance.
