Senior Financial Services Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Services Administrator to support a growing financial planning firm. You will work closely with advisers and paraplanners, handling complex client cases while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end administration of complex financial services cases.
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on advanced queries.
• Support induction and development of new team members.
• Process new business for pensions, investments and protection products.
• Prepare illustrations, application forms and portfolio valuations.
• Handle fund switches, withdrawals, top‑ups and rebalances.
• Liaise with providers to obtain accurate information and progress business.
• Prepare client review packs and assist with annual review processes.
• Maintain accurate client records across back‑office systems and provider platforms.
• Book client meetings and produce pre‑ and post‑meeting documentation.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial planning or wealth‑management administration.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance and service standards.

Required skills

• Experience using provider platforms.
• Proficiency with financial services back‑office systems.
