About the role

As a Senior Financial Support Advisor at Evlo, you will help customers facing financial difficulties by offering fair, tailored solutions for loan repayment challenges. You will work directly with borrowers through multiple communication channels, ensuring empathy, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, SMS, and letters to understand their financial situation.
• Review income, expenditure, and affordability to identify suitable support options.
• Design and agree personalised repayment plans that meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
• Identify vulnerable customers and apply Evlo’s vulnerability approach.
• Accurately record all interactions and decisions in the system.
• Maintain high‑quality customer interactions and use QA feedback to improve performance.
