Senior Forward Deployed Technical Consultant

About the role

FintechOS is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Technical Consultant to embed with customers, translate strategic intent into working solutions on the FintechOS platform, and own the end‑to‑end outcome.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements from discovery through go‑live, acting as the trusted functional owner for the customer.
• Facilitate workshops, interview stakeholders and map current‑ and future‑state operating models (BPMN) and translate them into configured workflows.
• Design and configure workflows and journeys on the platform together with a Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on field experience.
• Guide customers on modernising onboarding, origination and product launch without a multi‑year core replacement.

Required profile

• 7+ years in advisory, delivery or solution consulting within financial services.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders from operations leads to the C‑suite.
• Strong banking or financial‑services domain knowledge, especially in origination, lending, deposits or wealth.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ownership of outcomes and ability to drive projects without waiting for permission.

Required skills

• BPMN process modelling.
• Low‑code / no‑code platform configuration (FintechOS).
• AI‑native solution design within regulated environments.
