Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing international manufacturing business in North London. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will act as a commercial finance partner to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and the wider leadership team, providing insight that drives growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and senior leadership to deliver actionable insights.
• Analyse pricing, new product development and other commercial initiatives.
• Produce and enhance management reporting packs for senior leaders.
• Analyse revenue, margins, profitability, customer performance and operational KPIs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Drive process standardisation, reporting automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
• Strong FP&A experience within a group or local business environment.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business planning.
• Commercial finance and business‑partnering experience with a focus on decision‑making support.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
