Senior FP&A Manager – Interim (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager on an interim basis to join a fast‑growing global organisation. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will own the FP&A function, influence senior decision‑making and help drive financial performance and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end budgeting process and maintain an integrated three‑statement model.
• Produce timely internal and group consolidated reports, including flash, MBR, board packs, mid‑term plans and forecasts with detailed variance analysis.
• Support commercial decisions through business case reviews, ROI assessments and KPI implementation.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives and embed best‑practice FP&A processes.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting and provide monthly consolidated cash‑flow reports to the FD.
• Partner with senior management, especially sales and supply‑chain teams, to optimise revenue and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Proven experience in FP&A within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable insight.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence at all organisational levels.
