Senior FP&A Manager

About the role

The One Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting and commercial decision‑making for a leading manufacturing business. This hybrid role in Milton Keynes offers the chance to turn complex financial data into actionable insight and influence strategy at senior level.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor overall financial performance using key drivers and produce monthly forecasts.
• Own the annual budgeting process and collaborate with Finance Business Partnering.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts and budgets.
• Consolidate forecasts and budgets with advanced Excel modelling.
• Perform variance analysis, compare actuals to budgets and provide clear commentary.
• Identify forecasting risks early and recommend improvements.
• Align operational and financial plans across the organisation.
• Develop strong relationships with finance and non‑finance stakeholders and influence senior decisions.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial planning or commercial finance within a large corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and commercial awareness.
• Confident presenting complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
• Experience producing variance analysis and performance commentary.
