Senior Full Stack Engineer (C#/.NET) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a purpose‑driven technology consultancy. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑impact digital transformation projects for public, private and third‑sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust, secure and scalable software solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best‑practice engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, DevOps and client stakeholders.
• Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold high coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across multiple projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering software across the full development lifecycle.
• Strong commercial background with C# and .NET.
• Experience with modern architecture patterns and cloud‑native applications.
• Ability to work in a technology‑agnostic, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
