Missions principales

• Lead the development and maintenance of core gameplay and animation systems, ensuring high performance and stability.
• Design, prototype, and implement spectacular gameplay features and advanced animation technologies using Unreal Engine 5.
• Develop and optimize technological tools and pipelines in close collaboration with animators, character artists, designers, and fellow programmers.
• Assess technical risks, provide accurate effort estimations for planning, and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching and integrating new programming techniques and animation advancements.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in high-end game development with a strong focus on gameplay and animation systems.
• Expertise in C++ programming and a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Strong mathematical background, specifically in 3D mathematics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for solving complex technical problems and driving innovation.

Competences requises

• Mastery of Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprints.
• Deep knowledge of the Unreal Gameplay Ability System (GAS).
• Strong understanding of Unreal Animation principles and workflows.
• Advanced C++ and 3D Math proficiency.
