About the role

Join Gallagher Benefit Services as a Senior Healthcare Consultant, helping organisations design and deliver private medical insurance and employee health benefits. You will act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients across the UK, shaping compliant, innovative solutions that improve employee wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of corporate healthcare clients, building strong, advisory relationships.
• Design and implement tailored, compliant private medical insurance strategies.
• Drive revenue through client retention, cross‑selling, referrals and new business acquisition.
• Manage fee structures and ensure profitability of the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategic initiatives and mentor junior colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of governance, compliance and operational delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a consultant or senior consultant in corporate healthcare or private medical insurance.
• Background in brokerage or insurance environments is essential.
• Professional certification such as CII IF7 or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work with clients anywhere in the UK.
