Senior Horticultural Technician – Interior & Exterior

About the role

Greenleaf, part of PHS Group, is expanding its horticultural team and is looking for two Senior Horticultural Technicians to work on both interior and exterior projects in the Laleham area. The role offers a varied mix of plant care, installations and customer interaction, ideal for professionals who are passionate about creating high‑quality plant displays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive plant care including watering, feeding, pruning, pest control and health management.
• Plan and execute plant installations, replacements and seasonal display changes for indoor and outdoor sites.
• Conduct stock checks, manage inventory levels and implement rotation processes.
• Record site visits, maintenance activities and customer requests using Salesforce and other business systems.
• Lead installation projects while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional service and site management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior and exterior horticultural work, including greenhouse operations and route optimisation.
• Ability to lead larger installation projects and conduct site surveys.
• Strong organisational skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
