Senior Horticultural Technician – Interior & Exterior

About the role

We are seeking two Senior Horticultural Technicians to join Greenleaf, part of PHS Group, based in the Staines‑upon‑Thames area. The role covers both interior plant displays and exterior landscaping projects, delivering high‑quality plant care and installations for our commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive plant care including watering, feeding, pruning, pest control and health monitoring.
• Plan, install and replace interior planting schemes and exterior seasonal displays.
• Conduct stock checks, manage inventory levels and rotate stock efficiently.
• Record site visits, maintenance actions and customer requests using Salesforce and other business systems.
• Lead installation projects while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support greenhouse operations, route optimisation and outdoor planting activities throughout the year.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior and/or exterior horticultural maintenance.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver professional site management.
• RHS Level 2 qualification or equivalent horticultural qualification (desirable).
• Experience leading installations, project work or stock management (desirable).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for recording activities and managing customer data.
