Senior Hospitality Interior Designer

About the role

A renowned design practice, known for hospitality, high-end residential and retail projects across the UK, Europe, the USA and the Middle East, is looking for a Senior Hospitality Interior Designer. The studio is small but ambitious, with a flat structure that encourages collaboration, and offers flagship hospitality and wellness projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hospitality and F&B design projects from initial concept to construction.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality execution and their professional growth.
• Hold weekly project meetings to track progress, solve problems and keep projects aligned with their goals.
• Review and redline production documentation, including construction drawings and FF&E specifications.
• Manage client relationships, supplier coordination and on-site installations.
• Stay up to date with hospitality trends, branding and operational needs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in hospitality and F&B interior design.
• Proven ability to lead projects through Stages 4 and 5, from technical detailing to on-site installation.
• Strong experience in client-facing roles, supplier engagement and project presentations.
• Ability to manage several projects at once while maintaining high quality.
• Proactive, self-motivated, well organised and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Architectural detailing and FF&E specifications.
• Bespoke furniture and lighting design.
• Knowledge of branding, market trends and operational needs in luxury hospitality.
