Senior HR Advisor – Hybrid (4 days remote)

About the role

Join LRG’s HR team as a Senior HR Advisor, working primarily from home with one day per week in either Camberley or Worthing. You will support employee relations, lead major restructures and contribute to HR projects while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead employee‑relations investigations, formal grievances and disciplinary cases.
• Manage major restructures, redundancies and appeals from HR Advisor level cases.
• Mentor HR Advisors and deputise for the HR Advisor Team Leader during leave.
• Deliver training sessions, support regional meetings and contribute to HR acquisition integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years recent HR Advisor experience with a focus on employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience handling disciplinaries, grievances, absences and restructures.
• Excellent communication, organisational and data‑interpretation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing business needs and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR databases.
• Report writing using Microsoft Word.
