Senior HR Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a dynamic People function. Working closely with the People Director, Head of People Operations and Business Partners, you will deliver expert HR advice and support across employee relations, organisational development and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and coaching to people leaders on HR policies, employee relations and organisational change.
• Manage a portfolio of ER cases, including flexible working, absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain accurate reporting on absence, grievance and disciplinary activity.
• Champion high‑quality mid‑year and annual appraisals to support performance management.
• Deliver and support a range of people projects and transformational initiatives.
• Promote best practice, embody company values and drive cultural change.
• Assist the People Director with ad‑hoc projects and policy reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar senior HR role.
• Resilience and a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with leaders at all levels.
• Ability to manage complex, changing workloads and support business transformation.
