Senior HR Advisor (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Advisor to join a dynamic travel company with over 400 employees. Working three days a week from our Maidstone office, you will partner with the HR Manager and admin team to deliver high‑quality HR services across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support to managers and staff.
• Manage disciplinary and capability processes, ensuring compliance and fairness.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and administrators to maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
• Contribute to HR projects that enhance the company’s collaborative and humorous culture.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience handling complex disciplinaries and capability reviews.
• Previous HR work in a medium‑size, fast‑changing organisation (ideally sales‑driven or travel).
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
• Ability to work on‑site in Kent three days a week and adapt to flexible start/finish times.
