Senior HR Advisor - Regional

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing, sustainability‑focused organisation that is expanding its people function across multiple sites. As a Senior HR Advisor – Regional you will be the trusted HR partner for managers, handling day‑to‑day operations while driving continuous improvement in HR delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead employee‑relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.
• Provide practical HR advice and coaching to line managers in a blue‑collar environment.
• Support the delivery of HR operations to ensure efficiency, consistency and compliance.
• Contribute to HR projects, change initiatives and continuous‑improvement ideas.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and workforce‑planning activities.
• Maintain accurate HR data and produce reports on trends such as absence and turnover.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including Occupational Health and legal advisors.

Required profile

• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience in employee relations and case management.
• Background as an HR Advisor in a blue‑collar setting (industrial, manufacturing, logistics, etc.).
• Ability to work across multiple sites with monthly travel to Dagenham and Norfolk.
• Pragmatic, solutions‑focused with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Confident advisor who can influence managers and drive improvements.
