Senior HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join a busy, fast‑paced HR function supporting a large, established organisation undergoing significant transformation. This face‑to‑face role will be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day employee relations and HR support, working closely with the HR Director, managers and employees through a centralised case‑management model.

Key responsibilities

• Support, coach and train managers on all aspects of HR.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including system updates and documentation.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits programmes.
• Produce HR analysis reports and data, requiring strong Excel skills.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base content and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Supervise and support the HR Officer.
• Manage HR cases end‑to‑end, from intake through resolution, keeping employees and managers updated.

Required profile

• Strong HR generalist experience covering employee relations, compensation and benefits, and relationship building.
• Comfortable working in HR information systems; Workday experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data analysis/HR reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle a busy, ever‑changing workload in a fast‑paced environment.
