Senior HR Manager

About the role
We are partnering with a growing luxury fashion brand to find a Senior HR Manager for a 12‑month maternity cover. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will act as a trusted HR partner across a business of around 145 UK employees that is preparing for significant retail expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
- Coach and support line managers on day‑to‑day people matters.
- Oversee payroll administration and general HR operational tasks.
- Lead HR projects, employee engagement initiatives and change programmes.
- Provide HR expertise to support the company’s retail expansion plans.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR generalist or manager in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching abilities.
- Professional, discreet and confident with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to work on‑site five days a week.
