Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

This senior HR Business Partner role is based in Bradford and supports an international, commercial organisation. Reporting to the European HR Director, you will lead HR partnership for the UK business while collaborating with Commercial and Finance functions across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Support talent, succession and workforce capability planning.
• Lead HR initiatives across engagement, learning & development and resourcing.
• Coach and up‑skill managers on people and performance matters.
• Act as escalation point for complex employee‑relations issues and drive organisational change.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Senior HR Business Partner role within a complex commercial environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills at senior level.
• Broad generalist HR background covering organisational development, talent and employee relations.
• Experience working across multi‑site or international settings (advantageous).
• Degree‑qualified in HR or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
