Senior IFA Administrator – Client Relationship Role

About the role

This senior position offers a client‑focused evolution for an experienced IFA Administrator or paraplanner. You will become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of financial planning clients, working closely with advisers to deliver a seamless service and strengthen long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for a dedicated client portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Coordinate client reviews, meetings and ongoing servicing requirements.
• Liaise with providers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requests.
• Support advisers in implementing recommendations and following up on actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and uphold high service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience within an Independent Financial Adviser or wealth‑management firm.
• Background as an IFA Administrator, senior administrator or paraplanner.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for client relationships.
• Proactive, organised and solution‑focused approach.
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments and financial‑planning processes.
• Ambitious, positive and eager to grow within a expanding financial‑planning business.
