Senior IFA Administrator

About the role

This senior position supports a Financial Planner in delivering a seamless client experience. You will act as the right‑hand to the adviser, managing relationships, coordinating activities and ensuring high‑quality service throughout the financial planning journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support a Financial Planner with day‑to‑day client servicing activities.
• Manage adviser diaries, coordinate meetings and oversee review schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provider relationships.
• Prepare client documentation, valuations and meeting packs.
• Process new business and manage cases through to completion.
• Maintain accurate client records across internal systems and provider platforms.
• Liaise with providers, platforms and third parties to progress client work.
• Monitor ongoing servicing requirements and uphold a high standard of client care.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning, Wealth Management or a similar support role.
• Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or adviser support.
• Strong diary management and organisational abilities.
• Professional, client‑focused communication style.

Required skills

• Intelligent Office (IO) – desirable.
