Senior Implementation Consultant – RIMS (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex software implementations of its Vault RIM suite for life‑sciences customers. The role involves translating global regulatory requirements into solution designs and deploying a unified cloud‑based platform for regulatory information management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Design and configure the Vault Regulatory suite (Registrations, Submissions, Archive, Publishing).
• Conduct workshops, prototype solutions, and document configurations.
• Manage program and project activities, including resource planning and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Serve as primary liaison with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and elevate consulting capabilities across the team.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience delivering system implementations in life sciences or healthcare.
• Deep knowledge of drug‑development processes and regulatory submission workflows.
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and drive high‑satisfaction outcomes.
• Strong influence and decision‑making skills for leading teams through complex choices.
• Self‑starter who can thrive in a fast‑paced, independent work environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault and other regulatory information management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum, OpenText).
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Workday, and related compliance platforms.
• Technical aptitude to design, configure, and validate cloud‑based RIM solutions.
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud environments and Agile delivery methodologies.
