Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions. We’re looking for a technically skilled and solutions‑driven Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our expanding Engineering team in Bracknell, Berkshire. Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions using automation and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Continuously improve platform reliability and streamline operational workflows through automation and tooling.
• Develop and maintain proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Contribute to offensive and defensive security strategies, including threat simulations and incident playbooks.
• Provide 3rd line support for complex infrastructure issues, collaborating with 1st and 2nd line teams.
• Coordinate zero‑downtime deployments in collaboration with Development teams.
• Stay on the cutting edge of infrastructure technologies and best practices.
• Participate in research, proof‑of‑concept and implementation projects to evolve the platform.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, agility and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps or similar roles (or 3+ years plus 2+ years in customer support).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable with overnight and weekend work on a rotational basis.
• Experience in ISO‑certified environments is a plus.
