Senior Insurance Service Advisor

About the role

Our client, a leading insurance claims organisation based in Warrington, is looking for a Senior Insurance Service Advisor to join a fast‑paced, well‑established team. The role is permanent, full‑time and based in modern offices with free parking.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate payment delays, identify root causes and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain regular, professional communication with insurers, customers and internal teams to secure timely outcomes.
• Manage workload proactively, ensuring actions are completed accurately within agreed timescales.
• Support the Head of Department by providing insight, raising concerns early and upholding high operational standards.
• Provide proactive case management, clear prioritisation and focused follow‑up on overdue payments.
• Use data and system notes to spot trends, highlight risks and drive continuous performance improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in the insurance sector with a strong understanding of claims, recoveries or dispute resolution.
• Proven track record of managing payment queries and achieving positive recovery outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, tenacious and resilient with a detail‑oriented, organised working style.
• Comfortable using Microsoft applications and general IT systems.
• Passion for going the extra mile for internal and external customers.
