Senior Interior Horticultural Technician

About the role

PHS Greenleaf is seeking a Senior Interior Horticultural Technician to deliver high‑quality interior plant care across client sites in Laleham and the surrounding area. You will ensure plant displays remain healthy and vibrant while supporting the Head of Interior with stock and operational planning.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine plant maintenance – watering, feeding, pruning, and pest control – to company standards.
• Diagnose plant health issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Record and resolve any site‑specific issues, maintaining accurate logs of visits and outcomes.
• Manage stock levels, conduct periodic checks, and implement rotation processes to minimise waste.
• Plan and execute plant installations and replacements, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Lead on‑site installation activities and optimise routes and schedules for efficiency.
• Handle Salesforce service queries and maintain accurate customer records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in horticulture or interior plant maintenance.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Self‑motivated with excellent workload management.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Full UK manual driving licence (6 points or less).
• Relevant horticultural qualifications (e.g., RHS Level 2).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
